Limited Local Warranty

All HYPER products come with a standard warranty of one-year* that covers defects in materials and workmanship, effective from date of delivery. Please note that the warranty is void if the product is defaced or altered. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color, subject to availability. 

*All online purchases through HyperShop.SG and LazMall are entitled to six (6) months of extended warranty — total of eighteen (18) months warranty — subject to change without prior notice.

Warranty Activation

Please contact us through email <support@hypershop.sg> with the following information —

1. Details of your proof of purchase (name, mobile number to track the Order Number "HYPERSGXXXX" of your purchase). The order number is documented through the order confirmation <e.g. Order HYPERSGXXXX confirmed> and delivery notice <e.g. Order HYPERSGXXXX has been delivered> sent via email and/or mobile in the subject header,

2. Brief description of the issue (with a photograph, if applicable) on the problem. Hypershop Singapore will then confirm if the warranty will apply to your situation.

3. Hypershop Singapore will issue an RMA number through the email correspondence.

If authorised, Hypershop Singapore will exchange the defective product. The customer is responsible in shipping back (or bring down the unit) the item back to our office <The Central, 8 Eu Tong Sen Street, Unit 20-83, Singapore 059818> and attention the RMA number <Attention: #RMA> on the shipping label.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for all orders shipped within SINGAPORE, with no minimum purchase required. In-stock orders placed same day are generally shipped the next working day.

Return Policy

Returns are subjected on a case by case basis. We accept requests for returns within 3 working days from the date you receive your item(s).

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or from wear and tear.

The item(s) must be in its original state and packaging in the original box (including manuals, warranty cards, and accessories that come with it).

Please contact us through email <support@hypershop.sg> to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
